The A. Vogel Po-Ho Oil with additives is a mixture of peppermint oil, eucalyptus oil, juniper berry oil as well as caraway and fennel oil.
It is specially designed for external use.

Dosage
Adult
External Use:
- If you have a cold, rub 3-5 drops under your nose
- Gently massage the temples if you have a headache.
- In case of muscle tension, massage the affected areas with a few drops.
- Wash hands well after use.
- For catarrh, add 5-10 drops to the gargle.
For inhalation (for colds, colds):
- Put 10 drops in hot water and inhale.
