When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times. Shake bottle well before use. Spray under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek. Replace cap after use and keep the bottle in an upright position. If the product has not been used for a long period, the jet may become congested. If so, rinse it with warm water to remove the congestion.
