Application notes
Use about 40 cm floss tape. Wrap the ends around the middle finger of each hand and hold a short piece of dental floss firmly between your thumb and forefinger. Insert the floss tape between your teeth with a back and forth movement.
Floss around each tooth. Clean above and 1-2 mm below the gum line by moving the floss back and forth, as well as up and down. Remove the floss with a forward and backward movement.
