Osteocare Liquid
Osteocare Liquid has been scientifically developed on the basis of the very latest research and provides a rich source of calcium and co-factors in a smooth, great tasting liquid. The formula also provides vitamin D which helps with the normal absorption of calcium by the body.
Osteocare contains the preferred D3 form of vitamin D. Vitamin D3, also known as cholecalciferol, is the form of vitamin D that is produced by the skin on exposure to sunlight. D3 is the preferred form of vitamin D because it is the specific form made in the human body and therefore more effective than D2 which is found in some supplements.

The Royal Osteoporosis Society (ROS) recommends the following guidelines for calcium intake

Ingredients

DIRECTIONS
1 teaspoonful = approx. 5ml
ADULTS (MEN AND WOMEN): 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily.
PREGNANCY AND BREAST-FEEDING: 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily.
CHILDREN (3-12 YEARS): 2 teaspoonfuls daily.
Ideally taken with a main meal. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Osteocare® Liquid can be continued for as long as required. After opening store in fridge and use within eight weeks. To prevent possible contamination with metals such as lead, oyster calcium and bone-dolomite have not been included in the Osteocare® formulation.
