With Sleep Relax Duo*, we have developed a preparation that contains selected plant extracts and vitamins in addition to melatonin and thus pursues a holistic approach. So it helps with faster falling asleep¹ and a normal function of the nervous system2 and the psyche².
Sleep Relax Duo* contains a special day-night formulation, the Duo formula. It helps to get through the day relaxed and to fall asleep faster in the evening*. Because stress and time pressure often strain our body and cause an increased adrenaline and cortisol release, which can affect the rest phases.
The morning capsule ensures a relaxed start to the day and contains sleepberry root extract, theanine-containing green tea extract and vitamins B6 and B12, which contribute to normal nervous system function2 and normal mental function*. In addition to sleeping berry root extract and lemon balm extract, the evening capsule also contains melatonin, which shortens the time it takes to fall asleep1.
*¹ Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The positive effect occurs when 1 mg melatonin is ingested shortly before bedtime.

Recommended intake: The combination pack contains 2 different blisters with different capsules. To achieve the combined effect, take one "morning capsule" daily in the morning and two "evening capsules" in the evening (1-2 hours before bedtime) whole after a meal with liquid.
