SAMe is a food supplement that contains S-Adenosyl-Methionine, vitamins B1, B6, B12 and Folic Acid.
Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal function of metabolic processes designed to produce energy and folic acid contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine.
Dosage
Take 1 - 2 capsules daily
