Dosage of Passiflora Complex Tablets
Directions:
Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) with water.
Children: This product is not recommended for children.
A daily dose of 2 tablets contains:
187.6 mg magnesium (50% NRV*), 1.6 mg zinc (16% NRV*), 79.2 mg Passiflora extract, 9.8 mg Valerian extract and 9.8 mg Lemon Balm extract.
