§ 1 General issues

Pick up the goods themselves

Note: The purchase order has already been created

so that we can confirm that your ordered goods are in stock and ready for pickup

Note: If you are just passing, without having ordered with the e-shop, you have to pay the retail prices

§ 2 Terms of delivery / inland Greece:

Orders for deliveries within Greece.

Delivery within Greece is free of charge from an order value of 49.00 € as long as express is not selected. Below this sum, a shipping flat-rate for postage and packing amounting to 3.5 € is payable, where not otherwise agreed with the customer.

When paying by cash on delivery  (only Greece), we charge a cash on delivery fee of 2 50 Euros

If the parcel’s weight is more than 2 kg, postage costs will increase by 1 EURO / kg.
The dispatch takes place with ACS and ELTA (Hellenic Post).

City of Salonica

On the same day and without shipping costs to the municipalities of Salonica Harilau, Depot, Pileotika, Kifisia und Votsi.

Note: Order is in our possession until 09:00. Deliveries are carried out only on working days until 21:00. All ordered products are in stock in our Pharmacy or available from the pharmaceutical wholesale.

Deliveries to other districts and to prefecture of Salonica are carried out the next businnes day. Below a value of 49 EURO shipping costs are 3.5 EURO.

• 1 - 2 working days for: Macedonia, Thrace, Thessaly, Middle Greece, Attica & Patras
• 2 - 3 working days for: Crete, Aegean Islands, Ionian Islands, Epirus, Peloponess

Note: Orders placed on a weekend might not ship until the next business day.

Payment by cash on delivery not possible

I) DHL ECONOMY SELECT

Day Definite – Less Urgent, Cost-Effective Delivery

For international door-to-door delivery within a certain number of business days for less urgent and heavier shipments, choose DHL’s cost-effective Day Definite services. Get the reliability of an express delivery on a certain day with end-to-end tracking and customs clearance for dutiable goods.

The shipping costs for postage and packaging for deliveries up to max. 3 kg to the E.U. countries (except Cyprus & Malta) and Switzerland are 16,50 €  (shipping, incl. VAT): (DT = delivery time after notification from DHL 2-6 days).

II) DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE - International Express Delivery

Express services to another country with DHL’s versatile and reliable delivery options: from emergency same day, through guaranteed time-critical next day, to less urgent day certain options.

The shipping costs for postage and packaging for deliveries up to max. 2 kg to the E.U. countries (except Norway, Can. Islands & Switzerland) are 20,10 €  (shipping, incl. VAT): (DT = delivery time after notification from DHL 1 day).
