How to use
We recommend taking 1 cup of herbal tea at night to facilitate sleep and improve quality. If necessary, 1 cup of herbal tea in the morning to relieve daily tensions and promote relaxation.
One filter is enough to prepare a cup of herbal tea (approximately 200 ml). Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and leave to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered so as not to disperse the more volatile substances.
Each of the filter bags is made with a patented "knotted" closure system that avoids the use of glues and metal dots.
To maintain the organoleptic characteristics and the properties of the herbs at their best, each filter is packaged in "salvaroma" sachets.
