Agnus castus: Wicker (agnus castus) is a Mediterranean endemic herb used for the balance of the female cycle. According to studies, its bioactive chemical compounds affect dopamine receptors. They also regulate prolactin secretion and activate opioid receptors. Studies have shown that agnus castus reduces the symptoms of menopause.
Black Cohosh: Black Cohosh is a herb that mimicries estrogens' action. As a result, it reduces hot flashes, helps mental health, helps fight weight gain, improves sleep quality and reduces vaginal dryness.
