DIRECTIONS
Adults: 5 sprays daily providing 100 µg vitamin K2 (133%) and 4000 IU /100 µg (2000%*) vitamin D3.
Not suitable for children under 3. Do not use if you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners).

When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times. Shake bottle well before use. Spray once under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek. Replace cap after use and keep the bottle in an upright position.
If the product has not been used for a long period, the jet may become congested. If so, rinse it with warm water to remuve the congestion.
