DIRECTIONS
Adults: 5 sprays two times per day. Recommended daily dose of 10 sprays contains: zinc 25 mg (250%*), vitamin B5 10 mg (167%*).

When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times. Do not shake the bottle before use. Spray 10 times in your mouth during a day. Replace cap after use and keep the bottle in an upright position.
If the product has not been used for a long period, the jet may become congested. If so, rinse it with warm water to remove the congestion.
