Neocate SYNEO is a special food for babies from birth with cow's milk protein allergy and multiple food allergies, so that your child can be optimally supplied with valuable nutrients even without cow's milk protein.
For over 30 years, Neocate has been used for dietary management of cow's milk protein allergy. But what makes Neocate SYNEO so special?
Neocate® SYNEO can be used by the paediatrician for diagnosis and therapy in case of suspected cow's milk protein allergy. This is because Neocate SYNEO is cow's® milk protein-free. In order to avoid further possible allergic reactions in the case of multiple food allergies, we also produce Neocate SYNEO without chicken, soy and wheat protein as well as milk sugar (lactose®).
As part of the dairy-free diet, you can give your child Neocate® SYNEO from birth just like
a conventional infant formula. If you introduce complementary foods from the age of 5 months, Neocate® SYNEO can be used as a supplement, e.g. as a drink or with cereals as milk porridge. Whenever milk is needed to prepare a baby meal, simply take Neocate® SYNEO as a substitute. Neocate® SYNEO is particularly suitable for infants for dietary management of cow's milk protein allergy and multiple food allergies
Tips for optimal care for your child:
> When buying food, always pay attention to the list of ingredients. Names such as lactose, casein, lactoglobulin or lactalbumin provide clues to milk components. When it comes to fresh produce, ask carefully.
> Inform all family members and anyone caring for your child. This will prevent third parties from unknowingly giving your child foods with milk protein.
> Your paediatrician will prescribe a suitable special food for your child. Alternatives to cow's milk from the supermarket or drugstore (hypoallergenic infant formulas, soy products & other plant-based alternatives) are not suitable for the outlet diet as a substitute for infant formula or milk.

One scoop holds 4.8 g of Neocate® SYNEO.
For the standard dissolution, 30 ml of water per level scoop of Neocate® SYNEO is required.
The standard resolution provides 0.68 kcal.
Preparation instructions
Wash your hands and the preparation area. Sterilize bottles and teats. Boil fresh water, add the required amount of water to the sterilized vial, close the vial and let it cool for about 30 minutes until the water has reached drinking temperature (cheek test).
Measure the specified amount of powder with the included measuring spoon (wipe off the excess with the back of a clean, dry knife, without pressing the powder into the measuring spoon) and pour into the vial. Use only the scoop provided. Close the vial and shake until the powder is completely dissolved.
Feed prepared food within 1 hour. Discard leftover food and do not reheat it.
