1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily
Children over 3 years old
2 teaspoons (10ml) daily
Adults and elderly
Take 3 teaspoons (15ml) daily
Take it preferably after meal as a food supplement or according to your doctor’s directions.

Shake well before each use. After opening, store the bottle in the refrigerator and consume within 2 months.
