Weleda Maternité Breastfeeding Herbal Tea Fennel Verbena Organic 20 Sachets is a gourmet herbal tea based on Fennel and Verbena, adapted to breastfeeding.
Anise, Caraway, Fennel and Fenugreek seeds are known to promote the production of breast milk.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Put 1 sachet of herbal tea in a cup of boiling water (about 200ml) and let steep for about 5 minutes. Drinking 3 cups a day allows you to fully benefit from the effects of plants.
It is recommended to have a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
