Quest Evening Primrose Oil for menstrual health and to benefit skin health
Quest Evening Primrose Oil is a rich source of essential Omega 6 fatty acids, which are precursors of chemical messengers involved in the regulation of the immune and inflammatory response. An intake of 3000mg daily has been found to promote menstrual health. It may also benefit skin health.
Each 500mg capsule contains 50mg of GLA (10%). A 1000mg capsule contains 100mg of GLA (10%).
Evening Primrose Oil is extracted by a solvent-free extraction method. It contains natural vitamin E as an antioxidant.
Take one 1000mg capsule two or three times daily with food, or up to six 500mg capsules daily with food. Swallow with water.
