In addition to their abundant reserves of mucopolysaccharides, green-lipped mussels also contain a high proportion of hyaluronic acid, a main component of joint lubrication, as well as omega-3 fatty acids.
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) MSM is an organic sulfur compound that can supply the human body with valuable natural sulfur. Sulfur is a vital element involved in many biological processes. The human body consists of 0.3 percent sulfur. As a component of chondroitin, it plays a role in cartilage tissue, among other things.
