Recommended Daily Intake of 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) Tablets:
Adults and children over 16 years of age, one to two tablets daily, can be increased to four if required.
Maximum of six tablets can be taken a day.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
