THE PRODUCT
Food supplement in drops with plants and derivatives. Escolzia and Magnolia act favorably on relaxation and sleep, while melatonin can contribute to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep.
Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet half an hour before bedtime, to be swallowed with water or to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
What it contains: Magnolia officinalis is particularly suitable for physical and mental fatigue. Various experimental studies suggest that the use of magnolia bark extract could be an effective method for controlling stress-related anxiogenic effects, without the sedative effects typical of benzodiazepine preparations.
The use of melatonin in sleep disorders has shown faster falling asleep and fewer nocturnal awakenings. As for St. John's wort, the use of this plant is aimed at improving normal mood and for a physiological physical and mental relaxation. The Escolzia californica contributes to a relaxing action in case of stress.
The main indications attributable to valerian are against anxiety syndromes and sleep disorders.

Notes:
- Shake well before use and consume within 60 days after opening the bottle.
- Does not contain gluten
- Do not use during pregnancy.
- Do not take before or while driving.
- Concomitant use of alcoholic substances is not recommended.
- If you take medication, ask your doctor for advice before using the product because St. John's wort extract can interfere with their metabolism by also inhibiting their activity.
- St. John's wort extract is contraindicated in pediatric age and adolescence.
FORMULATION
Content of herbal ingredients per daily dose: Griffonia 100 mg, Magnolia 75 mg, Valerian 50 mg, Escoltzia 50 mg, St. John's wort 7 mg (equivalent to 21 μg hypericin - hyperforin/hypericin < 7).
Amino acid content per daily dose: L-Tryptophan 30 mg; LGlutamine 30 mg.
Vitamin content per daily dose: vit. B6 0.21 mg(15% NRV)
Content of other factors per daily dose: melatonin 1 mg
